Thank you Important information you should read  prior of submitting an application: 1. The application process takes between 24 and 48 hours. We will notify you if you have been approved or not. 2. Security Deposit: Once you have been notified that your application has been approved, you have forty eight (48) business hour to deliver the security deposit (Deposit amount will be given at the time). Until we received the deposit, we will continue to market the property to prospective tenants. 3. Rental payments are due the First (1st) day of each month however late fees apply if rent is received after the Fourth  (4rd) of the month. Late fees start in $50 and go up to half of a month rent. 4. In order to protect your personal belongings, Vaske Properties LLC, recommends all tenants to carry Personal Property and Liability Insurance (Renter's) 5.
